Production |
Before any compositing can begin, the footage
must be shot and ingested. We offer on location production and Studio
facilities in Orange County, California. Below are some rates for
various aspects for post virtual set production:
- In Studio Shoot (OC) -includes Studio Greensceen, SDI SD Camera,
Beta Deck, Audio, and Lights.
- Half Day: $1085 / day
- Full Day: $1650 / day

Post Production |
Once your footage is aquired it must be chromakeyed
and composited. Price varies on length, resolution, and features
of your composite.
- Base rate $100 / 30 seconds
- Times the average number of scenes in project per 30 seconds
(ie 3 scenes in 30 seconds = *3, 3 scenes in 1:30 seconds = *1)
- Times the project resolution SD = 1, 720P = 3, 1080i = 3
- Times the method of virtual set, Static = 1, 2D Motion Track
= 2, 2.5D = 3, true 3D = 5
- Plus content, Yours = 0, Stock Virtual Set = $100SD, $400HD,
Custom = $4000
- Plus equipment rental
- Plus $500

Editing, Graphics, and Delivery |
Finally, once your footage is composited it
must be edited into a finished piece and delivered on one or more
target media.
- Editing takes different amounts of time depending on the content,
style, and format. To give an extremely rough estimate, 30 seconds
of footage can be finished in 1 hour.
- Editing, Offline $100 / hour
- Editing, Online $150 / hour
- Graphics are everything from intros to lower thirds to visualizations
to credits.
- Graphics, 2D $100 / hour
